- The safe or cupboard for keeping cash or jewelry should be located in the South or southwest direction and should have the opening towards the North that is the realm of Kuber.
- The Northeast portion of the house should be kept clean and the staircase in this direction should be avoided as it may cause loss of wealth.
- Never have defects in the faucets as they may drain money out of the home.
- The bedroom in the Southeast corner should be avoided. The bed in the room should not touch the wall and the room should have slanting floors.
